Dayao’s CNC factory runs 700+ machines in total, including 3-axis CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, 5-axis machining centers, laser cutters, press brakes, punch presses, welding stations, assembly lines and a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for inspection. Capacity
Dayao’s factory takes orders from a single prototype up to repeat production runs. Machined and sheet metal parts have no fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ), and the hand coffee grinder assembly line builds 2,000 units a day. For OEM products, the MOQ depends on tooling. Lead time depends on the part, the process and the quantity, so it is written in each quote rather than promised in advance.

Pick your order size
Dayao machines or fabricates prototypes from stock material with no tooling, and there is no fixed minimum order for machined and sheet metal parts.
Dayao makes small batches on the same machines as prototypes, with IPQC checks during the run so a problem is caught before the batch is finished.
For production runs, Dayao makes samples for your approval first, then runs the order with IQC, IPQC and OQC checks; monthly capacity per process is being confirmed.

CMM inspection means measuring a part with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), which touches the part with a probe and records its 3D dimensions. At Dayao, an engineer reviews every drawing, then parts pass three quality checks — IQC (incoming material), IPQC (in-process) and OQC (outgoing) — and critical features are measured on the CMM. Dayao holds ±0.01 mm as standard and ±0.005 mm on critical features.
